Refund policy

Thanks for visiting our Refunds & Returns page.  

What is your returns policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We are happy to accept any returned items if they are unworn, returned in the original bag and still have all hang tags attached (if applicable).

 

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns at this time.

 

How do I return an item from my order?


To start a return, you can contact us at silkbeautycollection@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once our customer service team has received your email return request, please send the items back to us and ensure you include a note within the package containing your name and order number.

It’s recommended you use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A typical refund will take 21 days for returns to be processed and refunds to reach your bank account, but it can take up to 30 days during busier times. If after 30 days you have still not received your refund, please email silkbeautycollection@gmail.com

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Have you received my return? 

We aim to process any returns as soon as we receive the items back. You should receive an email letting you know that we have received your return, however, please allow up to 30 days before getting in contact with us. If you have not received a full refund within 30 days of returning your item then email silkbeautycollection@gmail.com

 

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. The original purchase will be refunded within 30 days.

  

What happens with late returns?

Any item returns after the 14 days of your receipt we're unable to accept and the item may be returned to you.
